As a Regular Customer of Pakair Cargo Specialists P/L I undertake to implement measures and procedures to prevent the unauthorised carriage of an explosive or incendiary device. I also undertake to prepare and handle all consignments in a manner which will not compromise their security standing.

Consignments will:

<li>not contain packaging that is damaged, unsecured or appears to have been either tampered or interfered with;</li>

 

<li>be presented by a person whose identity as a representative of [insert Regular Customer Name] can be verified;</li>

 

<li>be accompanied by clear documentation identifying [insert Regular Customer Name] as the owner and/or originator of the items in the consignment.</li>

</ul>

As an authorised representative of [insert Regular Customer Name] I confirm that this undertaking will be complied with. I also confirm I understand that:

<li>   It is illegal to consign unauthorised explosives or unauthorised explosive devices; and</li>

<li>            Cargo will be subject to security and clearing procedures </li>
